Custom sneakers

What are custom sneakers?

Custom sneakers are handmade one-offs that are made to order. That means we usually take a Nike Air Force in white and refine it with high-quality acrylic paints, stickers or small crystals.

Are the custom sneakers original?

ATHENA stands for and guarantees 100% originality. The shoes are ordered from authorized dealers in Germany and checked for authenticity by hand by our team.
We do not support the sale of counterfeits!

What can I do if the paint comes off the shoe?

If the paint comes off, there can be various reasons. However, we are very accommodating in this respect and offer a repair service for it. If it is your own fault, we can of course also make repairs for a small surcharge. However, this always depends on the damage.

When will my order arrive?

We make every custom sneaker to order. This means that as soon as we receive an order, we order the shoes from our supplier. The processing time for the sneakers takes about 1-3 weeks depending on the order situation and availability. If there are any delays, this is very likely due to the availability of the sneakers.

Can I cancel my order or change my design preferences?

It is of course very unfortunate if you want to cancel your order. In general, we accept cancellations and design changes as long as the shoe is not yet processed. In such a case, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible.

What happens after the order?

As soon as you have selected your custom sneaker and completed the ordering process, we will order the respective shoe in your size. As soon as this arrives with us, we get to work on your customs. We will always keep you up to date on which production step your custom is currently in.
As soon as your custom is complete, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Since we manufacture our Customs by hand, the entire process takes about 3-4 weeks (depending on the order situation) from receipt of payment.

How do I place my order?

Under "Custom Sneaker" in our online shop you will find all current designs and available sizes. If your size is not included, please send us an email to Info@athena-official.de or use our chat function and we will do our best to find your size.

Shipping and returns

What happens with express shipping?

With express shipping, your order is given priority in every respect and is guaranteed to be shipped within 10 days. Your shoes will be ordered immediately after receipt of payment and will already be processed on the day of arrival, regardless of the order situation. The delivery time is then another 1-2 days. Of course, express shipping is only possible if the shoes ordered are available. If there are problems purchasing the shoes, our customer support will contact you and discuss how to proceed with you.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Care

Can you wash the custom sneakers?
