Deliveries within Germany and Europe:
At Athena, orders with a minimum order value of €35 have free shipping. For orders below the minimum order value, shipping costs of €3.90 including VAT apply.
Orders to foreign delivery addresses are free of shipping costs from a minimum order value of 75€. For orders below the minimum order value, shipping costs of €7.90 including VAT apply.
Deliveries abroad:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price shown.
Notes on shipping
Your package will be sent insured. If you are not personally present when the package is delivered, someone from your household can accept the package.
If nobody is present when the package is delivered, you will receive a pick-up card and can pick up the package within 10 days from your local branch/agency. Alternatively, you can fill out a power of attorney and ask an authorized person to collect your package.
Delivery periods
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 weeks, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 4 weeks after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment if we do not have one have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In special cases, the delivery can take up to 5 weeks because there may be problems purchasing the sneakers, but we will inform you in advance.
Pickup is possible not possible.
